# Carnage Commander

> Free, independent, single-player browser arena FPS. Desktop keyboard and mouse, WebGL 2. No installer or account required.

Three campaign operations: Sunfall Courtyard, Cistern of Echoes and Iron Furnace. Last Bastion is a separate, larger 100 × 100 endless survival arena with escalating waves and a boss every fifth wave. Its leaderboard ranks waves cleared, then kills, then longer survival time. Submit after defeat or end the run from Pause; at least one cleared wave is required. Three weapons: Breaker shotgun, Ripper automatic and Hellfire rocket launcher. Standard has three waves. Hardcore has ten waves and 350–390 stronger monsters on the same maps, with separate rankings. Roughly ten minutes is the Hardcore tuning target, not a measured average. Defeat the boss and reach the north gate. Multiplayer, gamepad and touch controls are not available. Commander combat quips use pre-generated AI audio. Settings has a separate Commander voice slider (0% disables it), subtitle switch and voice preview. Settings and completion marks are saved locally; in-progress fights are not saved. Community leaderboards are casual and use server-side plausibility checks, not authoritative simulation. Daily challenge changes at 00:00 UTC.
